Milwaukee 14" Bandsaw Upper Support Fork interchanges with Delta Rockwell LBS 132 or
426-02-014-0004 Shipped with hex key OR supplied thumb screws.
In order for this to clear the thrust bearing you may need to adjust the hex shaft your thrust bearing is on. To do this remove the set screw the micro-adjusting nut is on with a hex key. remove hex shaft. The bearing is mounted on a cam. Reinstall hex shaft so the bearing is farther away from guide fork and reinstall.
