We offer these ID tags engraved as your design.  You can have a really special ID tag for your loved pet. Please send us the message via ebay messages and add the note with info for engraving details.
How to DIY your tag:
Front side:
We have 90 images for you to choose. Select one image you prefer from #1 to #90,  plus your pet name.
Back side:
Up to 4 lines of text, each line can have up to 14 characters  including spaces.
If you only use 3,2 or 1 line the engraving will be larger than 4 or 5 lines.  Please compare the listing pictures.
The format of the phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx.
