Before I sell any pair of eyewear at my store, I will go to great length and details to ensure that every pair of eyewear I sell is authentic by having a professional licensed Optician verify it authenticity. If you purchased a pair of eyewear from my store and you did not read my purchase policy first, and have a reason to believe the eyewear I sold you is not authentic prior to contacting us. Then this is what you must do in order for you to receive a refund. You must first obtain a typed  letter from your nearest the professional licensed Optician who told you the eyewear you purchased from me is fake. I believe it is always good thing to get a second opinion from another professional. The letter you must have to give to me before you can receive a refund, the letter must
have the name of the company, address, phone number and the name of the licensed professional who told you the eyewear was fake. Once you get that letter from them, then please email the letter to
me at once so we can expedite this return request. Once I call the person who gave you the letter will need to explain me their reasoning why they think the eyewear is not authentic. Once I have verify everything from them and everything they said is true and correct, then I will accept that as proof so therefor I am more than willing to issue you a refund and also to request from you for your forgiveness because nobody is perfect and it is always good thing for me to receive a second opinion from somebody else.
I do try my best to sell you good quality items and also try my best to sell you good quality designer items at affordable prices. Condition and descriptions for each item are written based upon my thorough inspections; however small and insignificant omissions may inadvertently occur. As you probably already noticed, my education grade level is pretty bad and I am not very good at writing
sentences
at all. But I do, do my best to give you the best description I can at the grade level I am currently at. I am truly sorry about that. I strongly recommend that before placing  an order you carefully read the complete description of the ad and consider the description, meticulously review each photographs.
