    Can’t remember brand but looks like the Rivco one, looking at it you don’t see pitting like in pictures, probably could brush with 000 wool and take care of it, pad good shape, backrest adjusts some with those wheels on side , I just remove them and install some bolts once sweet spot found. I will disassemble to reduce shipping box needed but it will be easy to put back together. I have used it on roadking from 2014 to 2017 , but sure it will work on most touring, measurements there so you can check
