Vintage 1970s Handmade (?) Snowflake Sweater Small Wool(?) Ski Grunge unisex

Here is a really nice vintage (I think!) snowflake sweater!
I have more questions than answers with this one.  No tag, and no indication there ever was one, which leads me to believe it's handmade.  It with a trove of other handmade garments, so I'm pretty sure on that.  The second to last photo is a shot of the inside of the sweater, so you can see how it's stitched.  Really neat!
Not sure about the fabric, but it definitely feels like wool, or at least a wool blend (if that's a thing with handmade stuff).
Fits like a vintage small for men.  That's what I wear and it fits me just right!
There is most definitely wear and pilling.  Check out the last photo.  This really just adds to the charm of the garment -- it has a great, worn in, broken in look and feel to it!
