You are looking at a Genuine Yamaha Custom Backrest Pad Plain, part# STR-5GA41-50-00.  The third picture shows where covering is possibly coming loose in the middle of pad, but it still looks good.  Fitment on package shows in the second picture.  This is new old stock accessory.  What you see in the picture is what comes with this listing, these are of actual pad.  Thanks for looking.
